Dr. Ashley Marie Hazelwood-Cameron is the Director of Community & Belonging at Walnut
Hill School for the Arts and an educator, consultant, and strategist with more than a decade of experience across K–12 schools, higher education, and national organizations. Her work centers on equity and belonging, culturally responsive education, trauma-informed practice, mental health and wellness supports, and helping institutions translate their values into meaningful, sustainable change. A Natick resident, Dr. Hazelwood-Cameron holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and is known for facilitating thoughtful conversations around complex issues with empathy, clarity, and care. She brings to the Spark Board a deep commitment to creating communities where young people, families, educators, and organizations feel supported, connected, and empowered to thrive.
