We work alongside your team to understand your goals and co-create solutions that are practical, research-informed, and community-centered.
Consulting Services
Bullying Prevention & Intervention Planning
Comprehensive assessment and planning support to help schools and organizations build or strengthen policies, practices, and culture around bullying prevention, early intervention, and response. Drawing on their experience founding and leading the MetroWest Anti-Bullying Coalition, the Spark Kindness team brings a proven, community-centered model to this work.
Parent & Community Engagement
Design and facilitate meaningful engagement with families and community stakeholders — from workshops and town halls to ongoing coalition building — grounded in the MetroWest Anti-Bullying Coalition model.
Staff & Educator Professional Development

The Truth About Bullying: Understanding the Dynamics and Supporting Families
For Clinicians, Educators, Community Organizations & Providers
Supporting families navigating complex bullying dynamics can be very challenging. This program builds awareness of how bullying works (including identity-based and cyberbullying) and how it impacts all involved. Participants gain practical, research-informed strategies for prevention, early intervention, and healing. Community based supports (including the role of the MetroWest Anti-Bullying Coalition) will also be addressed.
Kindness in Action: Building Prosocial Skills in Young People
For Schools & Community Organizations | Elementary & Middle School Focus
An interactive, engaging program that empowers young people to practice kindness, empathy, and cooperation: the building blocks of a positive school culture. Led by educators with backgrounds in school administration, social-emotional learning (SEL), and mindfulness.

Card to Culture Program
Spark Kindness is a participant in the Card to Culture Program. Card to Culture—an initiative between Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA), Massachusetts Health Connector, and WIC Nutrition Program—offers accessible, low-cost arts and culture programming to low-income and working families across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
