Together, the panel will explore the film's themes and the importance of looking behind the smile, sparking meaningful conversations about mental health, suicide prevention, the power of sports, and the role storytelling can play in creating connection, understanding, and hope.

The Nehoiden Black Bears Social Impact Series
Through our social impact screenings, we’ve opened the door to meaningful conversations around sports, storytelling & mental health on college campuses and communities. The Nehoiden Black Bears Social Impact Series started in August of 2025 and has partnered with NHL Clubs, mental health organizations, university athletic departments, and iconic brands.
"Our goal with the film is to raise awareness, tell a powerful story, inspire, and spark a message to others that there is light at the end of the tunnel even in the darkest times."
