This 1-hour workshop with Linda Price, M.Ed. of Minding Your Mind introduces the science of mindfulness and its proven impact on well-being, focus, and resilience.
Blending informal practices with structured techniques, this session is accessible to everyone - no prior experience required. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of mindfulness and practical applications for everyday life.
