Developing Powerful Lessons to Address Bullying & Hate Speech

Thursday, Jul. 31, 2025
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
Online (via Zoom)

Online Event on Thursday, 7/31 from 12-1pm

Please note: All event registrants will receive follow-up communication including the program recording video and additional resources.

Join the MetroWest Anti-Bullying Coalition, an initiative of Spark Kindness, for a virtual Lunch & Learn featuring Lenny Learning—an innovative online tool that helps schools and community organizations create interactive, evidence-based lessons on identity-based bullying, cyberbullying, and behavioral health. This event is offered in response to feedback from Coalition members seeking resources to help develop tailored programs that prevent identity-based bullying and address it promptly and effectively when it occurs.

The session will be interactive and designed so participants can explore Lenny’s toolkit hands-on and begin building useful resources. We encourage attendees to come ready to engage and participate. The session will be led by Molly Mulhern of Lenny Learning and will include a live demonstration of how the platform supports educators and youth leaders in developing customized K–12 content.

Participants will:

  • See how Lenny Learning builds lessons in real time
  • Explore its vetted, shareable curriculum resources
  • Learn about affordable plans—including an option that offers free access for educators

To register for this event, please email Elvis Ayesiga, Programming Coordinator for Spark Kindness, at eayesiga@sparkkindness.org.

Co-founded by Ting Gao and Bryce Bjork after family experiences with mental illness, Lenny Learning is rooted in compassion and the belief that all young people deserve support and connection. View more information about Lenny Learning here.
