September 23 — Helping Kids Navigate Friendships, Conflict & Bullying with Dr. Lisa Damour

7:00 - 8:00pm: Virtual
Practical, evidence-based strategies for guiding young people toward healthier relationships and better conflict-resolution skills.

6:30 - 8:30pm: Live Watch Party at Wilson Middle School
Watch the live presentation from Dr. Lisa Damour in-person with fellow parents and caregivers.

September 26 — Good Neighbor Day Pop-Up: Cocoa & Connection

9:00 - 11:00am: Natick Farmer's Market on Natick Common

A casual event open to all ages celebrating Good Neighbor Day, a statewide Massachusetts initiative built around fostering connection and belonging.

October 20 — From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion: An 8-Week Course with Dr. Jorge Armesto

7:00 – 9:00pm: Virtual

Launching the brand new Kindness + Justice Labs! Join us for a supportive, community-based course designed to reduce stress, build resilience, and help participants develop a kinder relationship with themselves. Funded by the MetroWest Health Foundation. (Participation required for all 8 weeks.)

October 26 — Building Executive Functioning Skills with Sarah Ward

7:00 – 8:30pm: Kennedy Middle School, Natick

Actionable, easy-to-implement strategies to help children and teens build executive functioning skills and grow their independence and confidence.

November 7 - 14: 9th Annual Kindness Week!

An annual community celebration shining a spotlight on the everyday good and inspires people to spread kindness through their own actions and connect with others.

December 14 - SPARKing Gratitude & Interconnection

6:30 - 8:00pm: Natick Community Senior Center, Natick

Come share in an uplifting evening that celebrates the strength, warmth, and compassion that make our community shine. All ages welcome! Free refreshments and activities for all to enjoy.
